Dr. Joseph Sobelman is a private practice neurologist in suburban Essex County, New Jersey for the past 24 years. He is the President of Neurology & Neurodiagnostics, P.A., as well as a consultant to the medical community, legal profession and pharmaceutical industry. He is the Director of Neurologic Services at CareOne at Livingston - Sub acute Rehabilitation Facility as well as its dedicated Dementia Unit. He is the former corresponding secretary for HPQ - Health Partnership for Quality Reform, a lobbying group for the health care industry.

Dr. Sobelman is a clinical associate attending physician at St. Barnabas Medical Center, a teaching affiliate of the Mount Sinai School of Medical Society in New York. He serves on the Judicial Subcommittee of the NJ Medical Society and has collaborated and published in the field of movement disorders including Parkinson's Disease. He is an active lecturer on multiple Speaker Bureau panels and works actively as a neuroscience educator for a number of pharmaceutical corporations. Dr. Sobelman is the recipient of the NJ Medical Society Physician of the Year Award for 9 consecutive years.
